King will automatically send the Guest a Confirmation.
King will send an email notification when the Driver is on the way.
Guest Safety. The confirmation will have a picture of the vehicle and picture of the Driver.
We will be able to send the Guest an electronic receipt.

King will text message the Guest when the driver is at the pick-up location.
The Guest will be given the Driver’s mobile number.
The Driver will be able to call the Guest if they have difficulty locating each other.

The Driver should not have to ask the Guest which terminal they are going to. By knowing the Flight number the Driver knows in advance.
